Designed for purchase or refinance scenarios, the program offers flexible leverage based on your completed ground-up experience in the last 3 years (in the same state as the subject property), with loan sizing tied to As-Is value, purchase price, total loan-to-cost (Total LTC), and As-Completed value (ARV).
